Our German Shepherd 11 month puppy was very ill. Dr Smith and the staff were efficient, compassionate and thorough in evaluating, diagnosing and treating Kodi. They provided us with regular updates.

I took my cat for the radioactive Iodine treatment and everyone was so great, I felt very confident leaving my cat in their hands. If i lived closer I would make them my permanent vet, just an all around great place.

Over 24 years our various pets have been patients at Carp Road Animal Hospital. They have attended to our pets from puppyhood and kittenhood to the final hours. All were treated kindly, professionally, with compassion and occasionally with humour.

We love coming here, the staff is amazing and they are always able to accommodate us being all three huskies at once.

They were great with my bunny Remy. Friendly and gentle. Our vet even owned a bunny when she was younger so having someone with that extra bit if knowledge was great. She didn't even mind my thousands of questions.

When I first called needing to get Jenny Mae in to see a vet, the receptionist told me the schedule was full but asked what the issue was. After checking with the vet after I explained she asked if we could be there that afternoon.

Dr Lelewski was great! Jar Jar was shaking like a leaf and giving herself heart palpitations in anticipation of her vet visit. Dr Lelewski handled her perfectly and answered all my questions.

The clinic fit our litter of 9 puppies in on short notice for evaluation by the chiropractor. She did a very thorough check on each pup and provided us with information that was very helpful to us as breeders.

We have been with Carp Road Animal Hospital for years. The staff is very polite and caring. Dr Mathieu Grenier has been Kramer's vet and they get along quite well with each other. Kramer is very fortunate to have such a caring and dedicated Vet.

My poor Peetie was so scared going to the vet that he peed in his crate. The staff immediately led me to a back room to give him some privacy. They offered to clean him up and took his crate to clean it for me. They didn't make light of his accident.

Dr Stapley was absolutely amazing. I have an 8 yr old boxer who has had a lot of issues. This was the first vet we’ve ever been to that hasn’t pressured us into unnecessary tests. She listened to every concern I had and was so patient! So grateful!

The veterinarian diagnosed Charlie’s problem by doing a thorough physical exam of his joints and spine. There was no attempt to sell us on unnecessary expensive tests. The prescribed medication has given Charlie his mobility back.
